Filipino Pork Adobo Style that you must try when you are going to cook

There are many Filipino Pork Adobo style out there but I believe this style is worth sharing. Have some tips that make any Adobo recipe tasty.

First, Use sweet vinegar such as apple cider vinegar. Many Filipino Adobo only use sugar but if you use a fruit-based vinegar, you can omit the sugar.

Second, Recommend that letting the adobo rest overnight before serving. It allows the meat and marinate and tenderness to really capture all the flavors.
