‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭3‬:‭18‬
For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive in the Spirit.

In this verse, Apostle Peter sets things straight by emphasizing the redemptive work of Jesus, focusing on His sacrifice by dying for our sins. He suffered and died, giving a way for restoration between us and God. His death and resurrection symbolizes the victory over death and the promise of spiritual life through faith in Christ.
