Things I wish I knew in my 20s.

1. Do not date until your life is in order.
2. No matter what, go to the gym.
Self-improvement starts at the gym.
Being out of shape is not acceptable.
Four times a week is the bare minimum.
3. Move in nature regularly.
Make a habit of walking in nature.
Men are born to move and do things.
Get your vitamin D, boost your creativity.
4. Invest in a high-quality wardrobe.
Choose to buy quality over quantity.
You'll be ahead of your competition.
Always smell nice and dress well.
5. Go to sleep early, wake up early.
Go to sleep and wake up at the same time.
Do this consistently, every day of the week.
6. Get your protein in.
To build and maintain muscle...
Eat 2g of protein per kg of body weight.
It promotes bodily and mental performance.
7. Understand that skills are what matter.
School and grades are one thing.
Monetizable skills are something else.
Learn and perfect a high-income skill.
8. Take 100% responsibility.
You're exactly where you deserve to be.
Don't blame other people for where that is.
9. Stay far away from cheap dopamine.
It's the quickest way to a miserable life.
10. Take cold showers.
They increase your testosterone and get you used to discomfort.
11. Be smart enough to keep your distance from p*rn and drugs.
Like vampires, they suck out your soul.
Destroying your drive in the process.
Addiction has ruined the best of men.
8. Take 100% responsibility.
You're exactly where you deserve to be.
Don't blame other people for where that is.
