The Lawrence Bible Institute and Church Training Center has formally made an institutional partnership with Professor Steven Barnhart and Bishop Dr. Christopher Campbell, President and Vice President of the American Association for Higher Education and ICOF in partnership with the Government of the Republic of Zambia, East Africa.
